The sassy sauce on the salmon offers bold flavors and a nice change. Not using a whole bunch of ingredients and spices allows the sauce on the salmon to really speak for itself.
Ingredients (for four people)
- 2 pounds of salmon, cut into pieces
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- Sal’s Sassy Sauce
- Salad – dark leafy greens, onions, tomato, carrots and peanuts
- Dressing – olive oil, vinegar and dijon mustard
The light dressing on the salad consists of olive oil and mustard, which complements each part nicely. It’s sweet, savory and spicy aspects offer a light, fresh feeling. Enjoy!
