Are you wondering what “Vivi e impara” really means? Vivi e impara, translates to live and learn from Italian to English. The purpose of my blog is to encourage women to become their best and most authentic self. Through my combined writing and photography efforts, I hope to inspire others to become their best version of themselves – without competition or envy.
I post pictures of my daily life, recipes, inspiration, and other activities that I feel passionate about. By doing this, I hope it will inspire others to find a fun or creative activity that they enjoy doing like cooking, walking, painting – even if it’s just for 30 minutes a day. Whatever makes you feel happy and nourished.
I feel as though the media, especially movies and magazines love to show women participating in cat fights, useless drama, and lame romantic comedies to only draw women farther and farther apart as a group.
In response, in an attempt to be pretty, thin, and well-liked many women sadly turn to self-destructive habits, starve and binge diets, and turn to negativity and hate towards others. I’ve seen this first-hand and I’d like to be apart of the movement to empower women! Especially in light of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we need to stick together and support one another!
My Passion Project
If you’re interested in joining me in this movement, post something you enjoy doing, or a thoughtful quote by using the hashtag #viviempower and be sure to tag and follow me @vivieimpara and my new holistic nutrition blog @cacaoandkale so I can see it! 🙂
Here are some of the websites that I go to for inspiration:

All of the websites I have listed are great inspiration sources for women, at least in my book. Who do you turn to for inspiration both in real life and online? Let me know in the comments!
