Cali’flour Foods Cauliflower Pizza

By now, you’ve probably already seen this quote, “If cauliflower can somehow become pizza… you, my friend, can do ANYTHING.”

There’s a lot of truth to that. No one has had a bigger glow up in the last 10 years than cauliflower.

Insert Cali’flour Foods. I first heard about them from a close family member after posting about another cauliflower pizza brand. She sent me a picture about the nutrition comparison showing why Cali’flour Foods is so much better for you.

Cali’flour Foods uses the whole head of cauliflower to make their pizza crusts. After doing some research, I saw that most competitors use dehydrated cauliflower powder or powdered cauliflower and/or just florets. The difference is in the quality of the fresh ingredients.

Ok, enough talking about the nutritional value of the pizza, and let me give you a peak at some of the pizzas we’ve made over the past few weeks!

We’ve tried the delicious flatbreads (this saved me on many tired nights,) and we graduated to adding our own toppings with the pizza crusts.

Here’s the jalapeΓ±o crust with thin-ish slices of green pepper, red pepper, onions, and of course mozzarella cheese:

Next up. Here’s the veggie pizza with the Italian pizza crust. For this one, we forgot to add the cheese. I know, how is that possible? But honestly, it didn’t really need it.

We’ve made more cauliflower pizzas, too, but you’ll have to see more over at my Instagram @vivieimpara. Watch my stories for more of a behind the scenes look at the fun!
